We are a modern steel and plant construction enterprise with quality assured production and assembly of steel structures, containers, appliances and manufacturing devices. All necessary conditions as qualified personnel, appropriate plant, needed licenses and certificates are in hand so that the requirements of clients as well as legal and statutory impositions can be met. Founded 1968 in Buxtehude our residence since 2003 is Buchholz i.d.Nordheide south of Hamburg convenient close to motorways A1 and A7. Here we offer you today the whole palette of steel- and plant construction.

Here we work for you

In our design department we work with our staff to realize your ideas and wishes. Inhouse our performance contains everything from planning and development to stress analysis and the design of detailed production- and assembly-plans. By this most modern 3D-calculation and CAD-programs support our technicians and engineers.

Production

Modern Production

Of course of our production which is always kept up to date were are able to deliver all products in time and with highest quality. All components are manufactured by NC-controlled devices directly connected to construction and job preparation. The assembly through qualified personnel takes place in our large scale production units. To maintain our high standards of production we each year train new supply of personnel. Also coatings of all kind are supplied in specially provided coating units in our plant. The pallet here reaches from simple priming of the components to complete coating according to the diverse requirements of corrosion resistance up to fire resistance coating of fire resisting rates R30 to R90.

Installation

Proper assembly

The steel structures produced by us are assembled by our own especially trained personnel. We make much of careful practice and proper assembly. Therefore our staff is equiped with the necessary 3D-measuring instruments. The other assembly equipment also contains everything needed for a quick and smooth erection sequence. Therefore besides own lorries own lifting equipment and hoisting platforms are at disposal for a smooth delivery. The observance of most rigid safety measures is selfunderstanding and is certificated according to the standard SCCP.
